Shipping policy

The items ordered are hand-packed in a well-protected manner and are dispatched to DHL as consignments. At checkout there is the option to choose between traceable parcel and non-traceable letter .

With the former you will receive a tracking code with the shipping confirmation that you can use to send the Track the current status of your shipment. In the case of the second, the consignment is not tracked, the shipping price is therefore lower.

Depending on the number of items ordered, the costs increase because the dispatch then takes place in several consignments.

within Germany

Shipping within Germany takes place at the tariffs that can be selected at checkout. You have the choice between a traceable parcel and a non-traceable letter (see above).

You will probably receive your parcel within 2-5 working days after placing your order.

within the EU

Shipping within the EU is carried out at the rates specified at checkout. The tariffs are determined automatically based on the delivery address.

You will probably receive your package within 3-7 working days after placing your order.

outside the EU

Shipping outside the EU is only possible on request. Please use our contact form.
